Development of informatics methods for analyzing the reactions of patients in a conscious coma who are placed in home care. As part of the project, we will propose methods based on artificial intelligence in which we will use patient data obtained by dense continuous sensing of various biological and non-biological signals, mainly by non-invasive methods, based on which it will be possible to analyze patients' reactions to external stimuli, or to stimuli from the patient's internal environment when eating, reactions to administered medications, and the like.

Read more ...The main goal of the project is to support the development of an innovative system for the accurate measurement, processing and interpretation of heart rate variability (HRV) in patients undergoing experimental oncological or neurological treatment. The result is to create tools for doctors and researchers that will allow them to continuously monitor the patient's health status, evaluate the effectiveness of treatment procedures and at the same time predict risk conditions in real time, thereby increasing the chance of treatment effectiveness, quality of life and deepening knowledge about the patient's health status.
